International deliveries may take 4–6 weeks, and in rare cases up to 8–12 weeks due to customs processing.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled if already processed or shipped.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We cannot modify addresses once the order is processed.
To receive a full refund, all bottles (empty or full) must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Important: Failure to return all bottles may result in partial refunds.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
